How to get here
- Arriving by car from the A6 and A5 Autobahn, you take the Wiesloch/Rauenberg exit and continue along the B39 toward Wiesloch to the Wiesloch-Zentrum exit. After entering the town, simply follow the signs to the Palatin.
- Coming from the B3 main road, you get to us by driving towards Wiesloch-Zentrum.
- We can be reached by public transport via the Wiesloch/Walldorf train station. A taxi takes about 10 minutes to reach us. Alternatively, bus lines #702, #703, or #707 run from the bus station above the tracks (accessible via stairs/elevator). Get off the bus at the “Ringstraße” stop to reach the Palatin.
- The nearest ICE stations are in Heidelberg (12 km) or Mannheim (32 km).
- The City underground car park offers 416 parking spaces (€9/24 hours). Parking is free from Saturday (midnight) to Sunday (midnight). You can reach the entrance via Ringstraße. Turn left at the hotel entrance at the intersection. The entrance is located between the organic market and the forecourt. Don’t have a digital payment option or cash card with you? Parking in the City underground car park
- City underground car park (directly beneath the Palatin) offers 416 parking spaces (€9/24 hours). Parking is free from Saturday (midnight) to Sunday (midnight). You can access the entrance via Ringstraße. The entrance is located between the organic market and the forecourt.
- Don’t have a digital payment option or cash card with you? Scan the QR code at the exit or pay within 48 hours at www.arivo.info/palatin. Or use the easyPark app, which requires camera recognition to be activated in your app. The parking process starts and ends automatically when you enter and exit.
- Parking for hotel guests: Overnight guests can enter and exit as often as they like during their stay. You do not need to pay at the pay station before exiting. After entering the underground car park and choosing a parking space, please provide us with your license plate number when you check in at the hotel reception. It is not technically possible to register this information retrospectively. We charge €9.00 per night for parking and list all hotel costs on the bill. Please pay attention to the digital display board each time you exit.
- Parking for cultural events: Visitors pay any parking fees before leaving the car park by cashless payment at the pay station or at the machine at the exit. Alternatively, they can pay within 48 hours of leaving the car park at www.arivo.info/palatin.
- Parking for conference and seminar guests: The organizer will inform conference guests on site about the billing of parking fees. Please have your license plate number ready in the conference area so that we can activate your account if we are covering the costs. If you are paying yourself, please pay cashless at the pay station, at the machine at the exit, or within 48 hours of exiting at www.arivo.info/palatin. Conference guests staying at the hotel should follow the same procedure as hotel guests.

Pets are welcome (with the exception of the Boardinghouse). For €15.00 per day and pet, you will receive a blanket, bowl, poo bag, door sign and treats from us.
Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead in the hotel.
